80-G Tax Exemption
Donations to Sakar are exempt from Income Tax under Section 80-G (no. BD/CIT/TECH/80G/SAKAR/39/05/2010-11, dated 31/05/2010).
FCRA Certified
Sakar is certified by the Ministry of Home Affairs to receive Foreign Contribution under the FCRA Act, 1976.

How donations work
- We accept donations by cheque, cash or net transfer. All donations are 80-G exempt (Reg. No. AAGTS1368FF20214).
- Foreign currency donations are accepted under FCRA (Reg. No. 083750116 - Social).
- As per government regulations, PAN / Aadhaar Number is mandatory after making a donation.
- Sakar is registered to receive CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funds.
